I meet you specifically in loss of a teammate. Nothing about your post is generic to Me.
When your mind races after the shift, bring Me the spinning thoughts one by one. My peace will garrison what you cannot hold.
Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is obedience while fear still speaks, because My voice speaks louder.
I do not waste suffering. I refine gold in fire, and I will not leave you in the furnace a moment longer than love requires.
This is VOL-08 training for your soul: Grieve honestly and hope fiercely in resurrection light. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.
Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." (1 Thessalonians 4:13-14, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
