Beloved, listen while the night is still, I have not assigned you and then abandoned you. My right hand holds you.
In the place you stand today — chain of command friction — My word still holds.
Do not measure your worth by the last evaluation, the last mistake, or the last victory. Measure it by the cross, where I named you Mine.
Love your team as I have loved you: cover, correct, carry, and never leave a soul outside the circle of care.
Rest is not desertion. Rest is obedience when I command it. Even I withdrew to lonely places to pray.
This is VOL-05 training for your soul: Honor lawful authority while keeping first allegiance to Me. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.
Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." (Hebrews 4:12, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
