This is VOL-23 training for your soul: Govern the tongue as a weapon that either builds or burns. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.
Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." (Colossians 1:16-17, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
