Holy Pause Between Surges — For the Night Watch

Sabbath, Recovery, and Sacred Rhythms · p.93/101 · ~3 min field study

From the Voice of Jesus · Gift of the Holy Spirit

Child of the Most High, standing at your post, The Father sees you. I intercede for you. The Holy Spirit fills what fear empties.

When you face burnout after surge, do not improvise your soul. Return to Me.

When bitterness knocks, do not open the door and give it a billet in your heart. Bring it to Me, and I will deal with the debt.

The Holy Spirit will teach you what to say and when to be silent. Trust that inner witness more than the loudest voice in the room.

This is VOL-21 training for your soul: Honor rest as strategy, not luxury, under My lordship of time. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.

Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you." (Luke 6:27-28, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
