I have come near to your duty station, I am closer than the radio on your shoulder and surer than any human backup.
When you face burnout after surge, do not improvise your soul. Return to Me.
Love your team as I have loved you: cover, correct, carry, and never leave a soul outside the circle of care.
When your mind races after the shift, bring Me the spinning thoughts one by one. My peace will garrison what you cannot hold.
This is VOL-21 training for your soul: Honor rest as strategy, not luxury, under My lordship of time. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.
Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." (Romans 12:1-2, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
