From the Voice of Jesus · Gift of the Holy Spirit
You who keep watch when others sleep, My Spirit rests upon you as golden light from the throne, not as a feeling only, but as power and presence.
When you face injury and recovery, do not improvise your soul. Return to Me.
Train your hands for the work, and train your heart for worship. Both belong on the same duty day.
Do not measure your worth by the last evaluation, the last mistake, or the last victory. Measure it by the cross, where I named you Mine.
Rest is not desertion. Rest is obedience when I command it. Even I withdrew to lonely places to pray.
This is VOL-19 training for your soul: Let trials refine faith like gold without consuming the soul. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.
Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done." (Luke 22:42, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
