I meet you specifically in leading tired people. Nothing about your post is generic to Me.
Excellence is worship when it is done unto Me. Pride is idolatry when it is done unto your own name.
If you have failed, return. The throne of grace is not closed to the stained uniform.
I give you authority to resist the enemy, not authority to despise the people made in My image — even those who oppose you.
This is VOL-16 training for your soul: Lead as I led: authority expressed as washing feet and laying down life. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.
Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:8-10, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.
