When Fury Wants the Stick

Anger, Restraint, and Controlled Fire · p.69/101 · ~3 min field study

From the Voice of Jesus · Gift of the Holy Spirit

Child of the Most High, standing at your post, I walked among soldiers and tax collectors and the weary. I still walk with you.

In the place you stand today — road rage after shift — My word still holds.

You are more than your rank. Ranks change. My calling upon you does not.

Rest is not desertion. Rest is obedience when I command it. Even I withdrew to lonely places to pray.

This is VOL-12 training for your soul: Master righteous zeal without letting wrath own the cockpit of your soul. I speak it not as theory, but as living command. Let the Holy Spirit's golden light search you, heal you, and send you.

Take hold of this Scripture as orders: "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" (Micah 6:8, KJV). Hide it in your heart until it rises unbidden under pressure.

Anchor Scripture · KJV
